2. What the Service Does

Translate Dub lets users upload videos, translate speech into another language, generate translated captions, generate dubbed audio, preview the result, and pay to download the finished file.

The service is provided as a self-serve online tool. We do not guarantee that generated output will be perfect, error-free, or suitable for every use case.

3. No Accounts

Translation, Dubbing and Subtitles does not require user accounts. You are responsible for saving any download links or files you receive. Download links may expire.

4. Your Content

You are responsible for the files and content you upload. You confirm that you have all rights and permissions needed to upload, process, caption, translate, dub, and download the content using Translation, Dubbing and Subtitles.

You must not upload content that:

• violates copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• contains illegal content;
• contains malware, harmful code, or attempts to disrupt the service;
• is abusive, exploitative, or intended to harm others;
• you are not legally allowed to upload or process.

5. AI Output and Accuracy

Captions, transcripts, translations, and dubbed audio are generated using automated tools and may contain mistakes, timing issues, missing words, mistranslations, pronunciation problems, or inaccurate audio.

You are responsible for reviewing the preview and deciding whether the output is suitable before purchasing a download.

6. Payments and Refunds

Prices are shown before purchase. A purchase gives you access to download the processed output for the specific job and output type you selected.

Because the service provides a preview before payment, purchases are generally final once the final output has been generated or downloaded. If something goes wrong, contact us and we will review the issue.

7. File Limits and Availability

We may limit file size, video length, file types, processing time, languages, output types, and usage volume. Download links and generated files may expire or be deleted after a limited period.

8. Third-Party Services

The service uses third-party providers to operate the website, process payments, store files, generate AI outputs, prevent abuse, and maintain reliability.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction that gave rise to the claim.
